Our Recruiting System

A recruitment contract is established based on mutually agreed policies between both parties. Each contract undergoes several well-defined stages, negotiated and finalized in coordination with the client.

Once an agreement is reached, we carefully analyze the client’s manpower requirements to ensure that the terms serve the best interests of both the employer and the recruited personnel. To initiate the process, we require the following documents from the client:

  • Visa slip

  • Enjaz Wakkala from any authorized recruitment office

  • Employer’s National Identity Card (NIC) copy

  • Copy of Registration with the Chamber of Commerce

  • Demand Letter stating salaries, terms, and conditions

Recruitment Process

We maintain an extensive data bank—both manual and computerized—comprising qualified and experienced candidates. As a reputable manpower supply agency, we receive daily registrations from applicants through personal visits, fax, courier, or email. In addition, we collaborate with our associate offices located across Pakistan.

Screening, evaluation, and shortlisting of candidates are conducted by our highly experienced consultants. When necessary, candidates are also sent for trade testing. They are assessed and graded based on professional expertise, general knowledge, appearance, adaptability, and overall performance.

The shortlisted candidates are then presented to the client or their authorized representative for the final interview and selection.

Following the final selection, the candidates undergo a comprehensive medical examination conducted by panel doctors approved by the Saudi Consulate/Embassy in Pakistan. Once the medical reports are cleared, employment contracts are executed on behalf of the employer after receiving proper authorization.

Upon receipt of an authenticated Power of Attorney, we promptly arrange visa processing from the respective Consulate/Embassy. Additionally, we provide pre-departure orientation sessions to brief selected employees about the host country and employing organization.

We ensure full compliance with all government regulations, including visa endorsement, emigration clearance, airline reservations, and notification of travel details to the employer. Our team also assists departing employees at the airport, ensuring smooth handling at airline, customs, and emigration counters.

If the required category of workers is not available in our database, we arrange advertisements in leading newspapers on behalf of our clients to source suitable candidates.

Furthermore, we provide comprehensive support to visiting employer representatives, including hotel reservations, airport reception, round-trip transportation, office facilities, and secretarial services.
